4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms;
- You will use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations; and
- You are not prohibited from receiving or accessing the Services under the laws of your country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.

5. User Accounts
5.1 Account Creation

5.2 Account Security

- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
- Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session when accessing the Services on a shared device; and

5.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

6. User Content
6.1 Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for any User Content that you create, submit, post, or display on or through the Services. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any User Content;
- Your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and
- Your User Content is not fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.
6.2 License to User Content
By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant SELEAD FUN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services and SELEAD FUN's business operations, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services.
6.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 SELEAD FUN Content
The Services and all Content included on or otherwise made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of SELEAD FUN or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License to Users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SELEAD FUN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any SELEAD FUN Content;
- Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods;
- Download any portion of the Services or any Content contained therein, except for temporary caching of pages for personal use; or
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to SELEAD FUN all rights in such Feedback and agree that SELEAD FUN shall have the right to use and fully exploit such Feedback in any manner it deems appropriate.

8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services;
- Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Harassing, abusing, or harming another person, or engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Services;
- Using any automated means, including bots, robots, crawlers, or spiders, to access the Services or collect any information from the Services;
- Creating multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes;
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software, or any content that may damage or disrupt any computer system;
- Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of the Services.

9. Purchases and Payments
9.1 In-App Purchases
Some of our Services may allow you to make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account.
9.2 Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to process payments made through the Services. Your payment information will be subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of these payment processors. SELEAD FUN is not responsible for the actions of these third-party payment processors.
9.3 Subscription Services
For subscription services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
9.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change the price of a subscription service, we will notify you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SELEAD FUN shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SELEAD FUN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SELEAD FUN, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SELEAD FUN, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
